1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and pub999 ("pub999," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pub999.cam.

2.4 Self-Exclusion

Persons who have previously self-excluded from pub999 or from any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform under a self-exclusion arrangement are not eligible to register or access pub999 during their exclusion period. Circumventing self-exclusion through the creation of a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration & KYC

3.2 Account Security

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the security of your pub999 account credentials. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

pub999 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, credit cards, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and Coins.ph. All currency values on the pub999 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. pub999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

All deposited funds are credited to your pub999 account balance in real time or near-real time, subject to the processing times of the respective payment provider. pub999 does not accept cash deposits or deposits made by third parties on your behalf.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Inactive Accounts

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pub999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one account on pub999;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the pub999 platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering intended to exploit pub999's systems or other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors for financial gain — any such winnings will be voided;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using pub999 for money laundering purposes;
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the matter through pub999's official complaints process;

pub999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of this section, to forfeit all associated balances, and to report the matter to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities as required.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pub999 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the pub999 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of pub999 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pub999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pub999 content without prior written consent from pub999.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime beyond pub999's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, and force majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;

pub999's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits pub999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Account Termination

pub999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where pub999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player is engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to pub999;
• The player has self-excluded and is attempting to circumvent their exclusion.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pub999 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completed KYC verification.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pub999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the pub999 platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of pub999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pub999 platform shall first be submitted to pub999's internal complaints resolution process. pub999 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through pub999's internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot otherwise be resolved.
