pub999 Frequently Asked Questions

What documents do I need for KYC verification on pub999?

pub999 accepts any valid Philippine government-issued ID for KYC — your PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, PRC ID, or Voter's ID all work. Upload a clear photo showing all four corners of the ID with no glare or cropping. KYC is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Most verifications on pub999 are completed within 24 hours during business days.

Can I open more than one pub999 account?

No — pub999 strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Opening multiple accounts is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and is considered bonus abuse. If pub999 detects duplicate accounts linked to the same person, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and any balances — including winnings derived from bonus funds — may be forfeited without prior notice.

What should I do if I can't log in to my pub999 account?

First, try the "Forgot Password" link on the pub999 login page — a reset link will be sent to your registered email or mobile number within a few minutes. If that doesn't work, check that you're using the correct registered contact details and that caps lock is off. If your account has been suspended for security reasons, contact pub999 live chat support directly — the team can verify your identity and help you regain access.

How do I close my pub999 account permanently?

You can request permanent account closure at any time by contacting pub999 live chat or sending an email to [email protected]. Once your identity is confirmed, the account will be closed. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered GCash, Maya, or bank account after standard KYC checks. If you're closing for responsible gaming reasons, consider requesting a self-exclusion instead — it offers more structured protection.

What is the minimum deposit for slots on pub999?

The minimum deposit on pub999 varies by payment method but is designed to be accessible for Filipino players. GCash and Maya deposits typically have a low minimum threshold, making it easy to top up in small amounts. The exact current minimum is displayed at the cashier screen before you confirm any transaction. All amounts on pub999 are in Philippine Peso (PHP), so there's no currency conversion to worry about.

Can I withdraw to my BPI or BDO bank account on pub999?

Yes, pub999 supports withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank via bank transfer. Bank withdrawal processing typically takes 1 to 3 banking business days from the time pub999 approves the request. Make sure the bank account name on record matches your verified KYC name exactly — mismatches can cause delays. pub999 does not currently support withdrawals to accounts held in a name other than the registered account holder's.

Does pub999 charge fees on deposits or withdrawals?

pub999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or others — may apply their own service fees for certain transaction types, which are outside pub999's control. USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to standard blockchain network fees. Always check the final amount at the cashier before confirming any transaction.

My pub999 withdrawal has been pending for over 24 hours. What should I do?

A withdrawal pending for more than 24 hours on pub999 usually means one of two things: your KYC verification is still incomplete, or pub999's compliance team has flagged the transaction for a routine additional check. Contact pub999 live chat immediately and provide your registered email address and the withdrawal amount. The support team can check the exact status in real time and tell you precisely what's needed to get it released.

Is pub999's live casino fair? How are game results determined?

Yes. pub999's live casino games are streamed from certified studios using real dealers and physical cards or roulette wheels — results are determined by actual gameplay, not software algorithms. For slot games, pub999 sources titles from providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited for fairness. Published RTP percentages reflect statistically verified long-run averages. pub999 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes in any way.

Can I bet on PBA games and other Philippine sports on pub999?

Yes — pub999's sportsbook covers PBA (Philippine Basketball Association) games alongside international leagues like the NBA, Premier League, and UFC. Markets include standard pre-match betting, live in-play wagering, and a variety of prop bets depending on the event. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are updated in real time during live matches. All bets are settled based on official results from the governing body of each sport.

Can I play pub999 on my mobile phone without downloading an app?

Absolutely. pub999 is a fully mobile-optimized web platform — just open pub999.cam in any modern browser on your Android or iOS device and you'll get the full experience without installing anything. The interface adapts automatically to your screen size. Live casino streams, slot games, and the sportsbook all perform smoothly on a standard mobile internet connection. For the best experience, a stable 4G or Wi-Fi connection is recommended during live casino sessions.

What is the RTP of pub999 slot games and how does it affect my play?

RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage of wagered money a slot returns to players over a very large number of spins. For example, a slot with a 96% RTP returns ₱96 for every ₱100 wagered on average — over millions of spins. It does not predict your individual session outcome. pub999 publishes the RTP for each slot title within the game's information screen. Higher-RTP games generally offer better long-term value, though variance (hit frequency and jackpot size) also matters.

What does wagering requirement or rollover mean on pub999?

A wagering requirement (or rollover) tells you how many times you need to bet your bonus before you can withdraw the winnings. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 20x rollover, you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to rollover — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute less. Check the specific promotion terms on pub999 for contribution rates.

Can I claim a pub999 bonus more than once?

The welcome bonus is a one-time offer per player. Attempting to claim it multiple times through duplicate accounts is a serious breach of pub999's Terms and Conditions and will result in account closure with forfeiture of associated funds. Reload bonuses, weekly cashback offers, and other recurring promotions can be claimed in each eligible promotional period — but only once per period, per verified account. pub999 monitors for bonus abuse using both automated and manual systems.

Does pub999 have a VIP or loyalty program for regular players?

Yes. pub999 operates a tiered VIP program for loyal Filipino players. As you progress through the tiers — accumulating through regular play — you unlock benefits including higher withdrawal limits, faster processing, dedicated account managers, exclusive bonuses, and priority live chat support. The pub999 Black Diamond tier represents the highest VIP level, reserved for the platform's most active and valued players. Contact support to learn about your current VIP status and what it takes to advance.

What happens to my pub999 bonus if I make a withdrawal before completing the rollover?

If you request a withdrawal from pub999 before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the outstanding bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed. Only your original deposited funds (net of any losses) are withdrawable without affecting your bonus. It's worth checking your bonus status in your pub999 account before placing a withdrawal request so you know exactly where you stand.

Why does pub999 require players to be 21 years old and above?

The 21+ minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing real-money gambling platforms in the Philippines. This age threshold is higher than some other countries' minimums because the Philippine regulatory framework recognizes the importance of ensuring players have sufficient financial maturity and life experience before engaging in real-money gaming. pub999 enforces this strictly through age verification during KYC — any account found to belong to a person under 21 is immediately closed.

How do I set deposit limits or self-exclude on pub999?

Contact pub999's 24/7 live chat support and request any of the following: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), loss limits, session time limits, a cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days), or a full self-exclusion (6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent). All tools take effect immediately upon your verified request. Decreases to limits are instant; any request to increase a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period before the change applies. Self-exclusions are irrevocable during the chosen period.

Are my funds safe if I leave a balance in my pub999 account?

Yes. pub999 holds player funds in segregated accounts that are kept separate from the company's operational funds. This means your balance is not used to cover pub999's business expenses. In practice, this means your funds are protected and available for withdrawal at any time, subject to standard KYC verification. Note that if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, a dormancy fee may apply — pub999 will email you before any dormancy charge is deducted.

What should I do if I think I have a gambling problem?

The most important first step is to acknowledge it — which takes real honesty.
